We all like to treat ourselves to a ‘treat’ now and then. Or sometimes more often than just now and then, sometimes we have ‘treat’s all the time.

We let ourselves indulge, which isn’t a treat for our minds and bodies over time. After a certain amount of overindulgence, our bodies start wanting vegetables, fruits, and light exercise as a ‘treat’.

Perhaps we should reframe what a ‘treat’ is and have a treat be something that is good for us, not something that can derail everything we are trying to do?
